Job summary

Hoffmaster Group, Inc. in Clintonville, WI is hiring full-time Machine Operators to support our production team on a 2-2-3 rotating night schedule (6:00 PM–6:00 AM).

Paid training, advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package start on day one. You will safely operate equipment, load materials, perform quality checks, and maintain accurate production records while following GMP and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production, quality, and safety standards.
• Load raw materials and production supplies.
• Configure machines to meet product specifications and production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality during production runs.
• Perform quality inspections and verify packaging accuracy.
• Maintain production records and keep areas organized.
• Assist training of new team members as needed.
• Follow all safety policies, GMP, SQF, and food safety requirements.
