Job summary

Hoffmaster is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the night shift in Clintonville, WI. The role involves maintaining and repairing production equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting manufacturing operations to minimize downtime.

The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. The night shift runs 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM on a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule, with pay that ranges from $24.00 to $37.31 per hour and a shift premium up to $2.00 per hour after

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with fabrication, welding, machining, and equipment repairs.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems.
• Perform product and machine changeovers on manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules.
• Lead or participate in maintenance projects from planning to completion.
