Job summary

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Machine Operator in Mukwonago, WI for a temporary 3rd shift position. The role runs 6:20pm-6:30am with responsibilities including operating manufacturing equipment, labeling and verifying boxes, and ensuring product quality.

Qualified applicants will have strong English communication, basic math, and mechanical aptitude, and be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods. Training on safety and LOTO procedures is provided.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency (written and spoken).
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate professionally.
• Basic math skills including decimals.

Responsibilities

• Arrive early to communicate shift information.
• Review activity board for color changes and equipment set-ups.
• Label, number, and verify production boxes with product specs.
• Monitor machines and respond to alerts and bells.
• Inspect products for quality and remove defects.
• Report quality concerns to technical team.
• Ensure production output meets quality and quantity standards.
• Clean and maintain machines and work areas.
• Operate multiple types of manufacturing equipment safely.
• Use emergency stop functions when necessary.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures during maintenance.
