The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, up to six months of manufacturing experience, and basic math and MS Office skills. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to inspection plans in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Up to six months of operator training or related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Intermediate MS Office and Windows skills for documentation and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document information accurately.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math, including color differentiation and passing a color vision test.

Responsabilidades

• Review production orders and verify product requirements.
• Conduct visual inspections according to plans and standards.
• Perform color matching and retain samples when required.
• Inspect, test, and evaluate finished products and accept/reject per specs.
• Document inspection results and non-conformance data for continuous improvement.
