Job summary

Aptar Mukwonago is hiring an Operator to support manufacturing and quality processes. The role manages material flow, monitors equipment, and ensures operations meet specifications while maintaining housekeeping and safety standards.

Qualifying candidates have a high school diploma/GED, strong English communication, color vision, and reliable attendance. The position includes a night-shift premium and a retention bonus up to $3,000.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, count and write basic information.
• Color vision ability verified by testing.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing/Operational processes and Quality Systems.
• Manage material flow on equipment and monitor operation.
• Make operating adjustments as required to meet specifications.
• Verify equipment operating conditions and ensure conformance to specs.
• Maintain area housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
• Suggest changes to improve equipment performance and safety.
• Participate in plant certifications including ISO 9001:2000 and SQF.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
