Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking an Operator in Monroe, Wisconsin for a 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:00am). The position offers an associate-to-hire opportunity with a starting wage of $20.00 per hour.

The responsibilities include following safety and quality procedures, keeping the plant clean, operating equipment, and recording production data. Candidates should have food manufacturing experience and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined and able to operate plant equipment.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Follow all plant safety requirements.
• Adhere to quality assurance requirements per QC manual.
• Maintain housekeeping and record keeping.
• Operate all plant equipment.
• Complete production records accurately and on time.
