Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. in Eagle, Wisconsin seeks a Machine Operator I for the 3rd shift (11 pm–7 am).

You will operate machinery to manufacture products to spec, review work instructions, and maintain quality and safety standards, including PPE and housekeeping. Requirements include about 1 year of relevant machinery experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating relevant machinery or equivalent.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Work in a team environment in a professional manner.
• Effectively communicate and follow safety rules including PPE.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently operate basic machinery independently at a defined rate with proper quality.
• Review work instructions and build products per specifications and tolerances.
• Complete clean-up and housekeeping and comply with safety rules and PPE.
• Cross-train in different areas and flex to different stations as needed.
