Job summary

Eagle Claw Fishing Tackle in Denver, CO is seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician to keep production machinery in peak condition. The role focuses on disassembly and assembly, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, and ensuring blueprints are followed for accurate part fabrication.

Shift Hours: Wednesday - Saturday 6:00am - 4:30pm; benefits include 401k, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability, and paid time off.

Qualifications

3–5 years of equipment maintenance in a production facility.
Minimum of 1 year of machine shop training and/or machine shop experience.
Good mechanical aptitude and basic machining skills.
Experience maintaining electrical and mechanical systems/equipment.
Able to read, write and perform arithmetic for blueprints and calculations.
Must provide own mechanic’s hand tools including precision measuring tools.
Adheres to safety and housekeeping regulations.

Responsibilities

Disassemble and assemble production equipment for replacement of worn or broken parts.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment by cleaning, lubricating and replacing worn parts.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
Use measuring tools to verify conformity to blueprints.
Fabricate parts to blueprint specifications.
Rebuild and repair other production equipment.
Replace and/or repair electrical devices and equipment up to 480 volts.
