Atkore in Pueblo, Colorado, is seeking a Part Time Maintenance Technician I for night shift (7:00pm–7:00am, Sat & Sun) to maintain production machinery and ensure equipment reliability. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires hands-on electrical/mechanical upkeep in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 years in industrial maintenance, and strong skills in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus.
• 3 years of proven maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and HVAC system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Follow diagrams, manuals, and specs to troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools and equipment.
• Follow maintenance schedules and document activities accurately.
• Inspect, lubricate, calibrate equipment to prevent downtime.
• Repair electrical motors and components; troubleshoot mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on boilers, chillers, and compressors.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform tool changes and work with minimal supervision.
