Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. in Windsor, CO is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the night shift to perform preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and tools and to assist with repairs across the facility.

The role works 2:30pm–1am, Monday–Thursday, with safety programs and record-keeping responsibilities. Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of machine repair experience, plus knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, control systems, welding, and hazardous materials

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Minimum 1 year of machine repair/maintenance experience.
Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, control systems, and welding.
Hazardous waste handling procedures awareness.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Performs regular preventive maintenance on all machinery, equipment, tools, and building.
Assists in repair of woodworking machinery, infeed/outfeed systems, hand tools, and forklifts.
Orders supplies and parts as required.
Maintains records of repair and maintenance activities.
Participates in safety and other programs and meetings.
