Pratt is seeking a Machine Helper for the night shift in Wisconsin. This entry-level role supports machine operators by assisting with setup, operation, cleaning, and quality checks to keep production on schedule.

No experience required for entry level; $16.63/hr starting pay, $17.84/hr with experience, full-time; overtime and weekends possible; benefits and vacations included after short eligibility.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work at a fast pace set by the machine operator to meet production schedule.
• Assist in set-up slotting, feed, and die cut sections on the machine accurately.
• Monitor board quality for defects and report problems.
• Complete reporting accurately and promptly.
• Cross-train on other machines and move up the progression line.
• Follow all safety and housekeeping policies.
