The role offers paid training, a night shift schedule (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM on a 2-2-3 rotating cycle), and competitive pay between $22.09 and $24.00 per hour with benefits starting Day One. Candidates with a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.
• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Load raw materials, rolls, plates, inks, and other production supplies.
• Configure machines to meet product specifications and production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production runs.
• Perform quality inspections and verify labels, UPC codes, and packaging accuracy.
• Make routine machine adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
• Report mechanical issues and equipment concerns to maintenance personnel.
