Hoffmaster Group, Inc. is hiring full-time Machine Operators in Clintonville, WI to support our production team on a 2-2-3 rotating night shift. Pay ranges from $22.09 to $24.00 per hour, with training provided and opportunity for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong math, reading and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Commitment to quality and safety in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production, quality and safety standards.
• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Load raw materials and production supplies.
• Configure machines to meet product specs and production requirements.
• Monitor performance and product quality during runs.
• Perform basic inspections and verify labels and packaging accuracy.
• Report mechanical issues to maintenance.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and participate in training of new team members.
