Job summary

Hoffmaster Group, Inc. is hiring full-time Machine Operators in Clintonville, WI to support our production team on a 2-2-3 rotating night shift. Pay ranges from $22.09 to $24.00 per hour, with training provided and opportunity for advancement.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Strong math, reading and communication skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production, quality and safety standards.
Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.
Load raw materials and production supplies.
Configure machines to meet product specs and production requirements.
Monitor performance and product quality during runs.
Perform basic inspections and verify labels and packaging accuracy.
Report mechanical issues to maintenance.
Maintain clean and organized work areas and participate in training of new team members.
