Pratt is seeking an entry-level MACHINE HELPER in Wisconsin to support operators and help with setup, operation, cleanup, and quality checks. This role offers growth potential and requires the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position is full-time with overtime, Monday through Friday, and some weekends as needed. Competitive benefits and paid holidays are included.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist set-up, feeding, and die-cut sections on the machine.
• Monitor board quality and report defects to the operator.
• Complete reporting accurately and promptly.
• Be willing to move up the line and cross-train on other machines.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain good housekeeping.
