Pratt is seeking an entry-level Machine Helper for a full-time night shift from 10pm to 6am in Wisconsin. Starting pay is $16.63/hr with $17.84/hr for experience, with overtime as needed, including weekends.

You will support machine operators, assist with setup and die-cutting, ensure quality, and report findings to the operator. This role emphasizes safety, clean work practices, and potential for progression with training to cross-train on other machines.

Responsibilities

• Work at a fast-pace set by the machine operator in order to adhere to production schedule.
• Assist in the set-up slotting, feed, and die cut sections on machine accurately.
• Monitor board quality for any defects and report problems to the operator.
• Complete all necessary reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
• Willingness to move up the line of progression and cross-train on other machines.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintain good housekeeping.
