Job summary

Menasha Corporation is hiring Machine Assistants to support our Flexo Folder Gluer and Die Cut machines on Night Shift. This is a great opportunity for dependable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and want to build their skills in machine operations.

Pay is $26.00–$28.00 per hour for 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM–6:00 AM). Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work well in a team while following safety

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine-operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and operation of Flexo Folder Gluer or Die Cut machines.
• Load and prepare materials for production.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Remove, stack, bundle, and organize finished product.
• Assist with machine changeovers and job setups.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Identify and communicate quality or equipment concerns.
• Follow production specifications, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Work closely with machine operators and other team members to meet production goals.
