Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred.
• Experience with corrugated packaging machinery is a plus.
• Strong focus on quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional machine responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and operation of Flexo Folder Gluer or Die Cut machines.
• Load and prepare materials for production.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Remove, stack, bundle, and organize finished product.
• Assist with machine changeovers and job setups.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Identify and communicate quality or equipment concerns.
• Follow production specifications, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Work closely with machine operators and other team members to meet production goals.
• Perform other production duties as needed.
