The Springs Healthcare and Rehabilitation is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Supervisor for full-time night shifts (10pm to 6am) with rotating schedules in Cedar Park, Texas. The role includes supervising direct care staff, ensuring safe patient care, and maintaining documentation per facility policy.

Qualifications include a Texas LVN license and prior supervisor experience in skilled nursing facilities. EMR experience is required, PCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered LVN license in Texas.
• Previous supervisor experience in SNF preferred.
• EMR experience required; PCC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Follow nursing practices and implement community policies.
• Provide shift handoffs and report to oncoming staff.
• Conduct resident rounds and report problems to supervisor.
