Job summary

Simpson Place in Dallas, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on 6pm to 6am, 12-hour shifts. The facility specializes in long-term and rehabilitative care, and seeks an LVN with supervisory experience to help lead nursing staff.

• Evaluates staffing patterns with the Director of Nursing.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receives and implements physician orders and care plans.
• Directs and oversees subordinate staff and duties.
• Monitors infection control compliance and safety.
• Investigates incidents and assists with duties as assigned.
