Job summary

The Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) at Sanford is responsible for applying the nursing process to provide individualized resident care during night shifts. You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

This role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and a bachelor's degree preferred. Sanford offers a 12-hour night schedule, rotating weekends/holidays, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education, and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
