Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• LPN or LVN license required.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal certification within 90 days of hire date.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS (AHA) certificate within 90 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Work experience in health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services within the telemetry setting.
• Works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to maintain safety and patient comfort.
• Aims to improve the overall patient experience in collaboration with the healthcare team.
