Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare Services, invites applications for a Night LVN/LPN in Cardiac Telemetry in Chicago. The role focuses on direct and indirect patient care, with supervision by an RN, to maintain safety, comfort, and quality patient experiences in the telemetry unit.

The position requires a current LPN/LVN license, a high school diploma or equivalent, IV and BW certifications within 90 days, and current BLS and ACLS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• LPN/LVN license is required.
• IV certification within 90 days of hire.
• BW (Blood Withdrawal) certification within 90 days of hire.
• BLS certificate required and current.
• ACLS certificate required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care within the telemetry setting under the supervision of an RN.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain safety and comfort and improve the patient experience.
