Job summary

VMRC is seeking a Night Shift LPN or RN to coordinate residents’ care and mentor nursing staff on the Woodland Park and Transitional Care units. The role requires supervisory and coaching experience with a focus on geriatric care, quality improvement, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with a current Virginia license.
• Past supervisory, coaching, and support skills with personal care staff.
• Experience in long-term care/SNF required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residents' care in line with Virginia DSS standards and nursing best practices.
• Mentor and coach nurses and CNAs across Woodland Park and Transitional Care.
• Conduct performance reviews for supervised staff.
