Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community, Inc. is seeking an Evening Shift LPN or RN to coordinate residents' care, mentor nursing staff, and support leadership in Woodland Park and Transitional Care. The role requires supervising staff, auditing quality measures, and conducting performance reviews.

Qualifications

Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with a current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Past supervisory, coaching, and support skills with staff.
Experience in long-term care/SNF.
Ability to communicate effectively with the Director of Nursing, leadership team, physicians, employees, families, and community partners.
Able to supervise, coordinate, and lead the activities of others.
Strong written and spoken English; able to present.
Computer proficiency for operations, reports, and presentations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate residents' care in accordance with state standards and nursing practices.
Mentor and coach nurses and CNAs across Woodland Park and Transitional Care.
Complete performance reviews for supervised staff.
