Qualifications
- Current Ohio nursing license (LPN or RN) in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to compassionate, respectful care for residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
- Assess residents and monitor condition changes.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
- Notify physicians and interdisciplinary team of significant changes.
- Provide direction and support to nursing assistants and staff.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and participate in care planning.
- Educate residents and families about care needs while communicating clearly.
