Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted Nurse (LPN/RN) license in the State of Ohio.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain as required by the facility.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and respectful care to residents.

  • Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.

  • Provide clinical direction and support to nursing assistants and other assigned nursing personnel.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary communication.

  • Follow infection prevention, safety, regulatory, and facility policies and procedures.

Position Summary

Harbor Healthcare of Ironton is seeking a compassionate and dependable Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our clinical team.


The Nurse is responsible for providing and coordinating high-quality nursing care, monitoring resident conditions, administering treatments and medications, and working collaboratively with physicians, nursing assistants, therapy professionals, residents, and families to support positive clinical outcomes.
