The LPN is expected to perform duties in compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and patient-centered care principles.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) Program
• Experience
• One year's experience in a medical office or similar customer service role; knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is an asset.
• Licensure
• Active and unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
