Job summary

Harbor Healthcare of Ironton is seeking a compassionate and dependable Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our clinical team in Ironton, Ohio.

You will provide and coordinate high‑quality nursing care, monitor resident conditions, administer medications, and work collaboratively with physicians, nursing assistants, therapy professionals, residents, and families to support positive clinical outcomes. Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse license in Ohio (RN or LPN).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain as required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Notify physicians and interdisciplinary team of significant changes.
• Provide clinical direction and support to nursing assistants.
