Job summary

Northcrest Rehab and Nursing Center in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking Part-Time Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. We are a Great Place to Work Certified community committed to delivering high-quality care and fostering a positive workplace culture.

As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care under supervision of an RN, administer medications, monitor residents, and document care. Night shift, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Ohio.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes
• Support and assist CNAs with resident care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Promote and protect resident rights
• Follow all facility policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
