Job summary

Northcrest Rehab and Nursing Center in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking Full-Time Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. We are a Great Place to Work Certified community dedicated to compassionate, high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
• Support and assist CNAs with resident care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Promote and protect resident rights.
• Follow all facility policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
