Job summary

Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Shane Hill is seeking a reliable LPN for the night shift (7pm–7am) to provide and coordinate nursing care within the facility. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Practical Nurse program, hold an Ohio LPN license, and have 1 year of experience; CPR required.

You will administer medications, document resident care, supervise nursing assistants, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to a home-like environment while upholding

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nurse program.
• 1 year of LPN experience preferred.
• Valid Ohio LPN license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinate nursing care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Provide supervision to Nursing Assistants and participate in staff meetings.
• Report changes in residents' conditions promptly to the physician and nursing leadership.
• Maintain infection control and safety procedures and HIPAA compliance.
