Job summary

Fairlawn Haven in Ohio is seeking a dedicated LPN/RN for full-time 12-hour night shifts (7 PM – 7:30 AM) to monitor resident health status and support care plans across the Care Center, Rehab, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Care neighborhoods.

The ideal candidate will hold an accredited nursing degree, current LPN or RN license in good standing, and at least 1 year of long-term care experience, with strong assessment, confidentiality, and teamwork skills, and a dependable attendance record.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current LPN/RN nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health status and resident care plans across the Care Center.
• Assist Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and Long-Term Care neighborhoods.
• Lead and assist STNA staff; work effectively in changing environments.
