The LPN will administer meds, perform wound care, and support daily living activities for individuals with disabilities, with a schedule of 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license to practice in MA.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• 1+ years of nursing experience.
• Proficiency in delegated nursing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and implementing nursing treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on care including wound, catheter, and g-tube management.
• Regularly assess patients and document changes.
• Communicate health information to parents/guardians and staff.
• Support and guide direct care staff to maintain high standards.
