Job summary

Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is hiring a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time and part-time roles. Shifts available 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am; compensation is $30-$45 per hour with up to $2 shift differential and daily pay.

The LPN will deliver compassionate, person-centered care, administer medications, follow care plans, document accurately, and support a safe, respectful environment for residents in a 127-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards and the plan of care.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per plan and facility policies.
• Monitor residents' conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families.
