Crystal Springs is a residential facility in Assonet, MA seeking a full-time LPN to deliver high-quality care for clients with disabilities. You’ll work with the care team to provide around-the-clock nursing services, manage care plans, and participate in continuous quality improvement.

The role requires a MA LPN license, prior LPN experience, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for helping people with developmental disabilities. Multiple shifts and competitive benefits are included.

Full-time LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Crystal Springs is on a mission to help children and adults with disabilities receive the support and care they need to truly thrive as individuals. We are hiring a full-time LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in Assonet, MA to help provide exceptional healthcare for our clients.

You earn a competitive base pay of $40.00 - $43.00/hour and receive a $9 evening/overnight incentive, $10 weekend incentive, and even $1/hr more if you successfully complete an IV Care Certification! We offer a sign‑on bonus up to $6,000 and an incredible benefits package that offers:

We have three shifts available:

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
