Crystal Springs, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Assonet, MA.

This residential facility serves individuals with disabilities and offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly pay. The LPN will administer medications, provide hands-on care including wound and catheter management, and communicate health information to families and staff while supporting care teams.

GET TO KNOW THE ROLE

Schedule: This health care position works 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM with rotating weekends.

As our full-time Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN, you will be responsible for:

• Administering medications and implementing nursing treatment plans to ensure the well-being of children with physical and developmental disabilities.
• Providing hands-on care, including wound management, catheter maintenance, and g-tube management.
• Regularly assessing patients' physical conditions, documenting changes, and communicating relevant health information to parents, guardians, and agency staff.
• Supporting and providing guidance to direct care staff to ensure high standards of care.

To be considered for this health care position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Valid LPN license to practice in MA
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program
• 1+ years of nursing experience
• Valid driver's license
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Proficiency in delegated nursing tasks
