Job summary

Open Arms Care in Ooltewah, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 7PM-7AM shift. This full-time role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing medications, monitoring health, and responding to emergencies.

You will assist with physician orders, participate in ISPs and interdisciplinary teams, train staff on health needs, and help ensure safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN License required.
• BLS Certification within 30 days of hire.
• PCM Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor health conditions, vital signs, and documentation.
• Respond to medical concerns and emergencies.
• Support physician appointments and follow physician orders.
• Train and support staff on health-related needs.
• Participate in ISPs and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Assist with daily living needs when necessary.
• Help ensure the safety, health, and well-being of the individuals we serve.
