Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lebanon, TN is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the night shift. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support residents in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license in Tennessee, have strong clinical and communication skills, and can work 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. shifts.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it, as required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to teamwork.
• Availability to work the 6:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m. night shift.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with residents' care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate clinical team members
• Accurately document medications, treatments, observations, and resident responses
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and members of the interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and provide guidance to Certified Nursing Assistants as assigned
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures
• Maintain residents' dignity, privacy, comfort, and confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable nursing regulations
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and clinical emergencies
• Participate in care planning, shift reports, and quality-improvement initiatives
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned
