Job summary

Open Arms Care Corporation in Tennessee is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 7PM-7AM shift at our Ooltewah facility. You will administer medications, monitor health, and support a compassionate team serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This role involves training staff, participating in ISPs, and ensuring safety and well-being. Required are an active TN LPN license, valid driver’s license, and BLS/PCM certifications with training timelines.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license.
• Valid driver's license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire (training available).
• PCM certification within 60 days of hire (training available).
• Ability to lift and assist with mobility needs up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor health conditions, vital signs, and documentation.
• Respond to medical concerns and emergencies.
• Support physician appointments and follow physician orders.
• Train and support staff on health-related needs.
• Participate in ISPs and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Assist with daily living needs when necessary.
• Help ensure the safety, health, and well-being of the individuals we serve.
