Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 12A to 8A shift at our on-site location in Trenton, TN. The role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health needs.

The LPN will assist the RN, administer medications, provide health-related training to unlicensed staff, and monitor health outcomes in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program.
• Current nursing license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
• Current CPR Certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Must communicate effectively with Interdisciplinary Team Members and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist RN in delivering nursing services to persons supported.
• Administer medications and treatments or assist with medication administration.
• Coordinate preventive and routine medical appointments and health data collection.
