Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO, seeks an LPN/LVN to provide clinical care to residents in a neighborhood setting per nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living guidelines. The role includes administering medications, observing changes, and collaborating with the RN for care plans.

The position offers evening hours (7pm-11pm), a rotating schedule, orientation week, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k match, and on-site health

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Colorado LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Passion for seniors and strong resident advocacy.
• Experience with EMR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families to support physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assess and document residents' condition in EMR, notify RN/provider as needed.
• Update care plans to reflect changes in resident needs.
• Supervise care associates and ensure timely medication administration.
• Participate in meetings on resident outcomes and care.
