Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide clinical care to residents in a neighborhood setting. The role involves administering medications, updating care plans, and collaborating with RNs and care teams in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

The position offers an evening shift (7pm-11pm) with orientation and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, PTO, 401(k) with match, on-site wellness centers, education assistance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in Colorado
• CPR certification is required
• 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Assess and document residents’ clinical condition in the EMR and notify RN when necessary.
• Update care plans to reflect changes in resident needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and according to orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents and families in a timely, professional manner.
• Participate in reviews of clinical indicators (falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use).
• Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader
