Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for evening shifts. You will provide clinical care to residents according to nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living guidelines.

The role requires Colorado LPN licensure and CPR certification, with 1 year of relevant experience preferred. The schedule includes 7pm–11pm with orientation, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
• Licensed by Colorado as an LPN/RN (as applicable).
• CPR certification required.
• A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with residents and families with a caregiver approach.
• Assess, observe, and evaluate residents' clinical condition and document in EMR.
• Update or modify care plans as needed.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents and families professionally.
• Participate in review of clinical indicators (falls, wounds, nutrition, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader.
