Job summary

Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit provider of senior care with a history of over 100 years of service. The LPN delivers professional nursing care to residents in long-term care, under supervision, ensuring health, safety, and accurate medication administration.

You will document care and work with an interdisciplinary team to meet individualized care plans. The position requires an active LPN license, an accredited practical nursing program, and preferably an associate degree.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license at time of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident care and collaborate with the care team.
