Good Samaritan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting under supervision. The role includes medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and wellbeing.

The position requires graduation from an accredited LPN program and an active LPN license, with ND-specific IV therapy training where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
• North Dakota: IV therapy/management skills may require Board-approved IV therapy training or course approval by the ND Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of 400 clinical hours or equivalent experience as an LPN with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered; document interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
