• Process orders according to facility policy and procedure.
• Operate equipment to carry out physician's orders.
• Respond to emergencies per policy and procedure.
• Chart observations reflecting nursing process.
• Collaborate with health care team to promote quality care.
• Communicate with physicians as necessary.
• Supervise ancillary nursing staff effectively.
