Responsibilities

• Administer medicines and manage IV therapy according to policy.
• Process medical and nursing orders and operate equipment as directed.
• Intervene in emergencies according to established policy.
• Report timely data to incoming shifts and perform other duties as assigned.
• Document significant observations reflecting the nursing process.
• Assess resident problems and supervise ancillary staff accordingly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with physicians as needed.
