Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Good Samaritan Lakota Care provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care, under supervision. You will assess, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents' health and safety.

This full-time night-shift position in Lakota, ND offers 40 weekly hours, a weekend/holiday rotation, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• If IV therapy is required in North Dakota, completion of the Board approved IV therapy program/courses.
• Must have supervised clinical experience or 400 hours as LPN at another facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor and document resident status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to support health and safety.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with residents and families.
