The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Good Samaritan Lakota is responsible for providing professional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision. You will administer medications, monitor health status, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being.

Requirements include an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license. North Dakota IV therapy training and prior long-term care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• IV therapy training or course may be required in ND.
• Minimum of 400 hours of supervised clinical experience as LPN.
