Job summary

The role centers on compassionate, high-quality resident care and clinical excellence under leadership guidance. You will evaluate residents, assist in care planning, administer medications, supervise unlicensed staff, and support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Must maintain BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by practice state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
